Abel JamesJoin me and Abel James the fat burning man in a podcast. Abel is my kind of person.  He made up his mind to change his health, dove in head-first, and now has the top rated Health Podcast on iTunes. We know and love him as the Fat Burning Man and you will too.

Abel was just an ordinary guy; overweight (a lot), with high blood pressure and a growing number of health issues.  What inspired him?  Barefoot running, and then the human need for FAT!  Hey, cool, I can eat more fat and I will burn more fat!  Yes, that’s the basics of the “Paleo Diet” or my own “Diet For Human Beings“.  What Abel calls “The Wild Diet“.

He has several eBooks and a fantastic program called the Lean Body Fat Loss System ready to help you eat, move and live your way to better health.  Tune in to his great podcasts too.
