Getting Younger Every Year

If you’re a dedicated health person, you love to experiment on yourself and try new things.  Me too!  With all our new knowledge, is it possible we’re getting younger every year?  

Can my podcasts and blog help your life be better tomorrow than today? Can I help my next decade be healthier than this one?  What can be done today to make a difference?  

Since I’ve been through many of the challenges I write about, my skills come from more than books.  I’ve been there!  And so have my clients.

Does it help to have one slightly damaged (and crazy) person to know and help another one?

One thing I tell clients who wish to turn their health around is that success will bring them a free decade of life! I mean it! If you’re 60 when you start this journey with a low-starch diet, biological dentistry, the right exercise, hormone support and toxin-free living, you’re going to get to be 60 again by the time you’re 70.

You’ll look and feel 10 years younger.

And you know what? You’ll really BE 10 years younger!

Our cells renew themselves every second, and the ones that are half-dead already don’t make very good photocopies of themselves…. But refurbish that cell, polish it up, feed it some nice saturated fats and antioxidants and bingo, those telemeres on the ends of our chromosomes can tighten up and hold their own against the perils of aging and decline.

For all I’ve been through, parts of me are aging pretty well really (I’m 62).  It’s not been easy, with Irritable Bowel, Celiac, Adrenal Failure, Partial Seizures and, gasp, my utter and complete mental health struggle with Anxiety and Stress.

Oh yes, and Graves Disease. And insomnia. And those concussions. OK, well maybe also the viruses and hospitals, and well…. really, it actually will be rather fun to run through these things. Because, at some level, it takes one to know one, and I know you can relate to at least one of these concerns.
