Allergies can be simple, or they can be complicated. As with any dysfunction in the body, we want to see where the source of the problem lies, and not just treat the symptoms.
Your overall level of health influences your allergies. And the amount of toxic load you carry makes a big difference too. Reducing inflammatory foods such as gluten, corn and sugars is a first step towards helping any health issue, including allergy.
Natural Help For Allergies
Allergy exposure can include foods, animal dander, mold, pollen, dust mites and more. Foods, chemicals and other exposures might be intolerances and not true allergies. Either way, let’s identify them and support your immune system, as all allergies are an immune response!
