Pure Encapsulations Nutrient 950 with K2 provides therapeutic levels of the best forms of Vitamins and Minerals, including Vitamin K2 and the 5MTHF form of Folate.  It does NOT contain Iron. Women of menstrual age should take iron in addition. The correct FORM of nutrients makes these more absorbable and usable than national brand goods.

Perque Triple EFA Guard provides essential fats we require but cannot always get in adequate amounts from food.

Not pre-packed in individual servings so take the dose you prefer.

Dosage:  Dosage is 2 to 4 daily of the Multi and the EFA’s and 2 to 3 of the Vitamin D, with food, in divided doses. Pure Nutrient 950 with K is 180 caps. Perque Triple EFA Guard is 120 caps.  Vitamin D3 is 60 caps, enough for several months.
