Recommended Usage Cod Oil: For optimum Essential Fatty Acids, 1/2 to 1 tsp. Rosita Cod Liver oil daily with food for a lifetime. More can be taken when ill or injured. Children/sensitive adults 1 – 4 drops daily. Refrigerate when received and consume open bottles within 3 months. Unopened bottles last a year in the fridge or 3 years frozen. Extra D3 may be advised. A, D and K2 work together, so Cod Oil is best taken with Vitamin K2 in our Emu Oil – see below.

Recommended Usage Emu Oil: Walkabout Emu Oil is extremely rich in the MK-4 form of K2. 4 caps provide 3.6 mcg. Vitamin K2. Much more than pastured butter or butter extract.
Adults: 2 – 3 caps daily long-term, or 6/day to first replete Vitamin K2 and Omega fats. K2 manages calcium in the body so it can remove calcium from the arteries and place it where it needs to go in bones, teeth, nerves and muscles.
Children: 1 cap daily long-term, or 2/day to replete Vitamin K2 and Omega fats. The capsule may be opened and contents added to food.
Ingredients: Australian Emu Oil – 1 gram per capsule providing Omega 3, 6 and 9 and 3.6 mcg. Vitamin K2 MK-4. In a gelatin and glycerol capsule.
