Suggested use and dosage: Shake well before using. Take about 30-40 drops (one dropper, 1/3 of teaspoon) in juice, water, under the tongue or as desired 2-4 times a day. Do not take Echinacea daily long-term. Cycle it off and on so as not to overactivate the immune system.
