ProThera Vitamin K2

ProThera MK-7 Vitamin K2 is a natural form derived from fermented soy. Unlike most soy-derived K2, this product guarantees no residue of soy protein. Vitamin K2 should always accompany Vitamin D. Without K2, Vitamin D can form calcification in arteries and organs. K2 is essential for bone growth and repair in children and adults. This MK-7 form of K2 has the longest half-life in the body compared to other forms of vitamin K2.

ProThera Vitamin K2 provides 50 mcg. K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7). MK-7 has a longer half-life in the body than MK-4. Beginning with research in the 1940’s by Dr. Weston A. Price, evidence has grown that K2 is an essential daily nutrient supplied only in pastured animal products or by true fermentation. Dr. Price discovered that Vitamin K2 was a key in building wide cheekbones in children, and a palate big enough to contain all 32 adult teeth.

It is important in preventing and reversing calcium in the arteries (atherosclerosis). New research shows promise for Alzheimer’s, Prostate Cancer, MS and much more. An essential element for preventing osteoporosis and building bone at any age.

The unprocessed MK-4 form of Vitamin K2 is found in animal products (liver, organs, pastured egg yolks), and in our amazing Walkabout Emu Oil
