Pure Encapsulations Nutrient 950 Vitamins & Minerals w. IRON (180’s

This is the only brand of multi in my clinic. It is free of binders, fillers, stearates, talc, titanium and colors most multis use. Pure Encapsulations Nutrient 950 with IRON has vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in their preferred form.

It has IRON for women with monthly cycles, or others with low Ferritin. Everyone else, take Iron-Free 950’s please.

This multi does NOT contain Vitamin K2. Please add this K2 or Walkabout Emu Oil.

If you’re eating a nutrient-dense diet, take 2 per day.  If not yet well, or transitioning to a better diet, take 3 daily, in divided doses, with food.

The only “additional” ingredient is the vegetable capsule. Compare this to other multi formulas.  Contains 180 well thought out capsules.
