A simple recipe for mayonnaise that is anything but basic. Try this mayo on your next salad or sandwich!

1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard powder
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup walnut oil or light olive oil (not regular oil – it’s too strong)
Place in hand blender container, put blender on bottom. Blend 3 seconds.
