Simple Mayonnaise

Simple, Delicious, Paleo Mayonnaise

A simple recipe for mayonnaise that is anything but basic. Try this mayo on your next salad or sandwich!

SIMPLE MAYONNAISE
INGREDIENTS

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dry mustard powder

1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 egg

1 cup walnut oil or light olive oil (not regular oil – it’s too strong)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place in hand blender container, put blender on bottom. Blend 3 seconds.

Mayonaise, a whisk and a raw egg ready for simple mayonnaise
