While I am seeing clients in my San Antonio office, I am not doing distance Consults or Tests at this time. Getting to the source of health issues is a complex process and I have found most people want surface answers rather than core resolution.
In my Texas clinic, our first two appointments are spent on diet homework, health and symptom history and reviewing past labs. Only then do we run new labs or begin the first of many supplement programs.
Supplements should change frequently as health and diet improve, stress is managed, and issues begin to resolve. We start work on the deeper causes of health disturbances. This approach takes time – at least 4 appointments per year.
I encourage you to think beyond supplements as the way to “fix” your health. Handling your stress and diet are by the far the most important ways to change your health.

Please do ask your Wellness Practitioner to run the tests I use. Salivary hormone profiles are mandatory in my clinic. Don’t assume SIBO or Leaky Gut are your primary issues. Look to stress, sleep and food first. In 35 years of practice, nothing tops these as the place to look first every time.
