How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship USPS Priority Mail or Ground. Your order should come in 2 to 6 days. Once the label is printed you’ll get an email from USPS or PayPal with your tracking number. Your tracking info will show Not Processed until the parcel is physically scanned at the Post Office.
I entered my address wrong. Now what?
Send an email to with the correct address.
Our postal app ships to street addresses, not PO Boxes. The app usually detects incorrect addresses, but if we have already shipped to an incorrect address, we’ll have to wait for the return to get back to us before we can reship or refund. We may choose to charge you for shipping if we have to send it again.
My tracking info says ‘Delivered’ but I did not receive my package.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for Post Office errors. Usually a neighbor or apartment manager has the package, or it may be at your local Post Office. Go and ask for help locating it, or call. They are helpful at locating mis-delivered goods. Check your address on the tracking page to see if it is correct.
If the package was badly damaged they may have held it there to show you. Unfortunately, they don’t notify you or us when a package is mislaid or returned.

Yes. We send and receive without icepaks. We refrigerate Rosita Cod Liver Oil liquid (not the gelcaps) while in the clinic. Please refrigerate Rosita Oil and Premier Probiotics when received.
Can I return a product?
Choose products carefully by reading descriptions and looking through blog posts that talk about the product. Use the blue SEARCH box to find relevant articles or Podcasts.
If you wish to return unopened bottles, email me for instructions at We do not accept open bottles unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you issue refunds?
We will refund product but not shipping unless there is a manufacturing defect.
I received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?
Contact us via email with a photo so we may file a claim. We will replace or refund. If we sent the wrong item we will send a prepaid envelope with the correct item so you can return the wrong one.
