Testing and Treating Vitamin D Deficiency: PODCAST

Humans evolved to have huge stores of Vitamin D from living outdoors. We’ve become deficient in this nutritional powerhouse from living indoors and not sunbathing (naked).  Our cells are starved for this nutrient, along with balanced amounts of Vitamin A and Vitamin K.  The three of them work together in many ways as Weston A. Price researched and wrote about.

These are fat-soluble vitamins so we require healthy fats to transport them.  Ghee, butter, coconut oil and olive oil all make good carriers.

Learn how to have your D levels tested and how often to do it.

If you have a history of chronic illness, your D levels may be schockingly low.  Your Vitamin D test is more important than Cholesterol, in my opinion.
