How to Dose Passion Flower for Sleep and Calming
It’s easy to take 30 to 60 drops of the Glycerin extract in the middle of the night if you wake and need a little help to relax body and mind. Or, 10 to 20 drops at the stop light while driving the car.

Try it in the late evening to help you relax. The dosage instructions on the bottle say “Take 10 to 50 drops, 1 to 4 times daily”. In other words, take as much as you need!
So, if it’s a 40 drop night, then go for it. If it’s a 20 drop night, that’s fine too. Repeat as needed.
Besides sleep, Passion Flower is amazingly good at taking the edge off your daily, high-speed, “gotta get it done” mode. Calm down, focus better, and feel happier while you’re active.
