Sleep and health are closely connected in many ways.

In this podcast I first talk about the impact of food and lifestyle on sleep, and will suggest supplements and tips for better sleep. You can find some of my blog posts on sleep here, and here.

My guest today is Jayne Morgan-Kidd, LPC who will share her insights on how emotions and our mental state affect sleep. Jayne is a nationally recognized practitioner of EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques – and she’ll tell you about this amazing (and easy) technique and its ability to change your life.
