Lemon Balm is also known as Melissa. It is a well-known anti-viral for all Herpes Viruses including Shingles and Epstein Barr.

Melissa is also used for calming, helping manage ADHD, high Cortisol and sleep. Useful in Hyperthyroidism. Widely used in Europe for anxiety and insomnia.

Strength: Dry plant material / solvents ratio 1:3

Other ingredients: vegetable palm glycerin, Hawaiian artesian water. Contains no Alcohol, GMO, gluten, heavy metals, artificial colors, preservatives or synthetic fertilizers.


Shake well. Take 10 to 30 drops by mouth 1 to 4 times daily. One of those doses might be during the night to help you return to sleep. Herbal glycerites can be placed in a glass of water and drink. Or taken directly into the mouth without water, convenient when driving or in bed. This formula tastes like honey and is quite pleasant. I place it straight in my mouth for calming, or for help with Herpes flares.
