Systemic Formulas MORS Methylation Donor has the 5-methyltetrahydrofolate form of folate along with B6 and methylated B12, genistein, choline and a full symbiotic blend of methyl donor herbs and nutrients. Proper Folate nutrition is essential in those with genetic Folate variations. Regular “Folic Acid” is the wrong form to support this.

Recommended use: 1 to 3 caps daily with food in divided doses.
