Chris Kelly of Nourish Balance Thrive joins me in this Primal Diet – Modern Health podcast on how to balance your Microbiome bacteria. We talk about SIBO testing, Organic Acids urine testing, proper stool testing and how to get good and bad gut bacteria in balance on a Paleo Diet.
