Gluten Free? Think again: PODCAST

Beverly Meyer

Beverly Talks Solo, Gluten and Health, Lab Tests, Podcast

A yellow road sign says Gluten Free in bold lettersThis is one of my favorite topics. How to be gluten free starts with a change in diet then we find other sources we need to remove.

We can eliminate gluten from our diets with some good detective work, but other surprising sources of gluten may be important for you to know.

Especially if you have Celiac Disease, like I do, or make gluten antibodies, which I believe we all do to some extent. In any event, I feel all my clients do better when they avoid starchy cereal grains that we only began to eat with the introduction of Agriculture some 12,000 years ago.

In this podcast, I’ll reveal some hidden sources of gluten in cosmetics, skin care products, beverages, pet food, and more.

You may think you’re gluten free, but you’ll make some new discoveries here and in this additional article and Podcast there are more updates on how to be gluten free and why.

I also talk about new gluten antibody tests more comprehensive than traditional Celiac Disease blood tests.  These tests can literally be life-savers. If you suspect you have gluten sensitivity or gluten antibodies, and perhaps 100% of us do, you NEED to hear this show!
