I call this diet “The Diet For Human Beings” because no matter who you are, it’s the best starting place I know for people to eat to get well.

The How and the Why
You’ll understand why I eliminate foods Humans didn’t eat until 10,000 years ago (after the last Ice Age). And how to use food challenges to customize diets for each person. I’ll make sure you get enough fat to satisfy your hunger too.
This is not a “diet” for weight loss, although that may happen too.
Every species has its optimal way of eating, whether it’s a Buffalo, a Wolf, or a Cricket. The Diet For Human Beings is the way Humans are built to eat, a diet similar to the Paleo Diet, Primal Diet or Ancestral Diet. I’ll explain how humans ate before agriculture and the domestication of animals, and why our digestive systems prefer animal proteins, fats and fresh plants.
Humans evolved eating fish and animals of all kinds, including their fat and organs. Our big brains evolved eating these foods, along with plenty of plants, vegetables and other non-processed fresh food.
What’s wrong with Starch?
Humans were never meant to gorge on grass seeds like modern hybridized wheat, rice and corn. We’re not Grazers; we’re Hunters! Can you imagine bending over to snack on grass? That’s what bread, pasta, corn chips and cereal are made from – grass seed.
Birds, sea creatures, game, fresh plants, coconuts, nuts, seeds, fruits and eggs. It’s common sense really! In this professionally filmed DVD I explain why modern hybridized grains and excess starchy carbohydrates can damage our intestines and cause Obesity, Diabetes, Celiac Disease, Irritable Bowel and auto-immune disorders.
