Culturally, we are stressed and anxious. Overworked, under-rested, and over-extended to the max!  Whatever happened to “Peace, Man”?  And “Let it Be”?

I discovered some time ago (in my early 50’s) that I was a chronic worrier and had made my adrenals, nervous system and immune system weak from decades of anxiety.  I didn’t even know I HAD it.  Then, once diagnosed (with some fancy brain tests, and a good talking-to) my whole history reorganized itself and I could see dozens of examples of anxiety, panic and obsessive worry.  Since childhood!

Anxiety is closely linked to GABA deficiency symptoms, as this neurotransmitter is our best calming agent. Check out my many podcasts and blog posts for more…. And here’s a post on anxiety too.

This podcast gives some of my personal story, and will help you understand if your worry is “normal”, or chronic anxiety in disguise.  There’s a lot here for you!

In 2012 she founded The Center For Life, which is the largest natural health center in San Antonio, with 11 doctors and practitioners. Her Diet and Health Center San Antonio is also the longest serving health and wellness center in the area. Beverly has an MBA in Finance and BA in Economics, has owned and managed several businesses, including a franchising company and a large kitchen goods store.
