Water, Water Everywhere: PODCAST

Beverly Meyer

Beverly Talks Solo, Health Support, Podcast

Primal Diet Modern Health Podcast sidebar imageMost people are dehydrated but don’t actually realize what this means.  Most importantly, dehydration and diet can affect every cell of the body.

Water is the carrier for every molecule in the body.  Our joints, colon, skin, brain, eyes, kidneys, bones, and more, depend on cellular water.

When we are dehydrated, our cell membranes become brittle and are easier for viruses and other pathogens to invade.  This podcast features just Beverly as I discuss dehydration and diet from a practitioner’s point of view.

For example:

Chronic adrenal fatigue is one common side effect of dehydration.  Kidney stones and constipation are another.  Skin health and blood pressure also rely on proper hydration.

When’s the best time of day to drink?  How much, and when?  Are cold beverages OK?  What about juice – does that count?

In this podcast, I’ll discuss beverages of all types; tea, coffee, sodas, juice, distilled vs. reverse osmosis water, alcohol and more.

Tune in and listen while you work. You may be surprised how much your health depends on water.  With over 26 years experience at my natural health center in San Antonio, I’ve seen many health issues resolve with a gluten free Paleo Diet and better hydration.

Sometimes you do just need a drink….
