Adrenal Lab Test and Consult

This adrenal saliva test checks cortisol levels in 4 saliva samples over one day’s time.

Cortisol is a key adrenal hormone involved in dozens of body functions including stamina, weight, female hormones, blood pressure, blood sugar, sleep and more. Cortisol should peak in the morning and slowly decline over the day, reaching its lowest level at bedtime.

During our one-hour Consult I will review your results and give specific suggestions for supplements, diet and lifestyle changes. I have a lifetime of experience with adrenal dysfunction as mine were damaged when young. Testing cortisol output is the most important lab test I suggest to all clients.
