Ingredients: Each capsule provides 150 mg. Magnesium (TRAACS® Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate Buffered – from Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate and Magnesium Oxide); cellulose capsule; vegetable stearate

Suggested Use: One cap twice daily, with or without food. May be helpful in the evening or at bedtime.
