In this super-charged one hour Review we’ll look at your health history, diet, and immediate health concerns using the New Client Forms from my website. I’ll ask a lot of questions.

I’ll give suggestions for starting improvements in long-term energy and health. A few supplements too.

You may want additional appointments after this Goal-Setting Review. (The ongoing hourly rate is $150, less than this initial consult). I’ll recommend labs for future sessions.
