Recommended Usage

For women with menstrual cycles: One capsule daily with a meal. Increase to 2 daily on Days 18 to 26 of your cycle each month.

For menopausal and post-menopausal women NOT taking BioIdentical Progesterone: 1 – 2 per day.

Progesterone Testing:

I prefer Salivary or Dried Urine testing to accurately determine Progesterone levels. This is done with my Clients on Day 21 (if they have cycles) or any day if no cycles. Blood tests do not determine FREE Progesterone levels as Salivary and Dried Urine tests do. Inquire about Consult time with me!
