RECOMMENDED USE Pure Encapsulations Curcumin with Bioperine: 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times daily, away from food. Absorbs best at least 1/2 hour before food and 2 hours after food.

NOTE: Long term use of premium Curcumin can reduce absorption of Iron. If you are a non-menopausal female or an athlete, consider alternatives to Turmeric or Curcumin. These herbs may help Pain. These are for Detox support. For those seeking to reduce high Ferritin, such as non-athlete adult males and women well past menopause, this Curcumin may help. Read more on Iron Overload here.

Turmeric Root Extract, 500 mg. Standardized to contain 95% Curcuminoids

Black Pepper Fruit Extract, 5.3 mg. Standardized to contain 95% Bioperine.
