I discovered some time ago (in my early 50’s) that I was a chronic worrier and had made my adrenals, nervous system and immune system weak from decades of anxiety. I didn’t even know I HAD it. Then, once diagnosed (with some fancy brain tests, and a good talking-to) my whole history reorganized itself and I could see dozens of examples of anxiety, panic and obsessive worry. Since childhood!
