Most people are dehydrated but don’t actually realize what this means. Most importantly, dehydration and diet can affect every cell of the body.
Water is the carrier for every molecule in the body. Our joints, colon, skin, brain, eyes, kidneys, bones, and more, depend on cellular water.
When we are dehydrated, our cell membranes become brittle and are easier for viruses and other pathogens to invade. This podcast features just Beverly as I discuss dehydration and diet from a practitioner’s point of view.

Chronic adrenal fatigue is one common side effect of dehydration. Kidney stones and constipation are another. Skin health and blood pressure also rely on proper hydration.
