Klaire Labs Ultra K2 MK-4 high dose is 15 milligrams (mg.) per capsule. This is Menatetrenome, MK-4 which does NOT come from heritage Emu. It is a vegetarian version, chemically identical to the MK-4 found in Emu Oil.

Our OrthoMolecular Vitamin K2 is MK-7. This is MK-4. They are dosed differently and work slightly differently.

Emu Oil delivers 3 to 4 micrograms (mcg.) per capsule. This is 5000 times more potent.

Decades of Japanese studies show higher dose K2 MK-4 useful for osteoporosis, and for heart disease caused by calcium deposits in the arteries. Do NOT take high dose K2 with blood thinners or give to young children.
