Pure Encapsulations Nutrient 950 with Vitamin K and 5MTHF has 32 vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in their preferred form, with 5MTHF, the best form of folic acid. It is iron-free, as only women with menstrual cycles generally need iron.

If you’re eating a nutrient-dense diet, take 2 per day. If you’re not yet well or transitioning to a better diet, take 4 daily, in divided doses, with food. 6 per day during periods of stress is the dose recommended for a short time.

The only “additional” ingredient is the vegetable capsule.

Vitamin C as ascorbic acid 500 mg.; mixed carotenoids 425 mcg. of lycopene, lutein and zeaxanthin); Vitmain A as beta carotene 2250 mcg; vitamin D_{3 400}i.u.; Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol 134 i.u.; Mixed vitamin K,K2 MK-4 and Mk-7 382 mcg.; K₁250 mcg.; thiamine B1 50 mg.; riboflavin (B_{2 and}riboflavin 5′ phosphate 34.75 mg.; pyridoxine B6 and pyridoxal 5′ phosphate 20.5 mg.; Niacin as Niacinamide and No-Flush inositol hexaniacinate 86 mg; folate 400 mcg. (as Metafolin^®MTHF); biotin 400 mcg.; pantothenic acid B5 200 mg.; methylcobalamin (B₁₂) 500 mcg.
