Unique Rosita Cod Liver Oil: Rosita’s boats bring fresh, cold-stored fish quickly to shore. With only the shift in temperature (and the change in pressure from water to air), the oil is allowed to drain from the livers on arrival at the dock. No middlemen or long transport to a factory.
Rosita has more DHA than EPA, a beneficial ratio only found in true Northern Cod. Anti-inflammatory and immune boosting, with the natural forms of Vitamin D and A. I take it daily on a bite of food. It doesn’t burn my throat or require flavoring to cover up the taste.
The oil is heat stable while shipping but keep in the fridge once received.
Recommended Usage Rosita Cod Liver Oil: 1/2 to 1 tsp. daily. Children/sensitive adults 1 – 4 drop daily. Always take Vitamin D (like Cod Liver Oil has) with Vitamin K2 such as our Emu Oil or OrthoMolecular MenaQ7PRO K2. These are preferred over the tiny amount of K2 in High Vitamin Butter oil. Extra D3 may be helpful too.
Contains 30 tsp. (150 ml). Can be frozen if unopened. Consume open bottles within 3 months. Lasts 2 years from manufacture date if frozen. Shake before use, letting warm on the counter 5 minutes first.

- DHA 700 mg/tsp. EPA 510 mg/tsp. This beneficial ratio of DHA to EPA is reversed from regular “fish oil” or from the pollock oil usually sold as Cod Liver Oil
- 100% Raw, wild and cold extracted
- Naturally occurring Vitamin D3 400-500 iu/tsp
- Vitamin A 3000-5000 iu/tsp
