Tony was a successful author and sports personality and had learned Neuro Linguistic Programming at the highest level when he contracted a virulent virus in 2014. He spent months in bed, not sure if he would ever recover.
Using self-hypnosis and NLP helped him stay relaxed and heal. His motivation now is teaching us that relaxation and positive mental programming give us the creativity, health and energy we seek.

Some tips from Tony Wrighton:
- Leave your phone in airplane mode until after breakfast
- Screens off for 2 or more hours a day. Spend time with what you love (food, friends, nature, exercise, pets).
- Use guided tapes to help get into the alpha state and do positive self-hypnosis
- Check out NLP and EFT
- Do LESS!
