Amount Per Cap Vitamin D3 Complete: Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 2000 IU; Vitamin A (as Retinyl Palmitate) 3000 IU; Vitamin K2 (as Menoquinone-7) 100 mcg; Tocotrienols (as DeltaGOLD Tocotrienols) 5 mg from soy

Vegetarian Capsule (glycerin, water, tapioca starch), and safflower oil

Suggested Use: one or two softgels daily with meals, long-term. Test your D level annually to keep it between 50 and 70.
